If you are one of my regular athletes you know how much I’m striving to stay connected with you, set both short term goals you can accomplish while under restriction, reset longer-term goals to the summer and fall, and help you adjust to a rapidly changing world.
If your gym temporarily closed, or your spring races got canceled, I’m here to help with a 9-week plan, delivered through Training Peaks taking you into late spring/ early summer. Minimal time commitment, no gym equipment needed but a smart trainer or at least a power meter will help you get the most out of the plan
