Due to privacy restrictions, I don’t see your Whoop journal entries, some of them can be pretty personal and I respect that. Use the journal feature and get feedback on behaviors, it’s so easy to use and will pull out trends that you might not normally recognize or be able to quantify.

This is a screenshot from August’s Performance Assessment on one journal item I click a lot, the Recovery Score  and RHR are inconclusive, but the improvement in HRV, Sleep Duration, and REM and SWS Duration is really good!

I should mention that I always read paper books in bed, while basic electronic readers are okay, reading on a phone or Ipad with the pixels slightly moving will NOT help you sleep better, and it breaks our “ no screens or devices in the bedroom at night” rule.
